  4. Hi, @Blessd There is a boss named Horon located at the Dark Valley. (Top of Necropolis) Defeating this boss will reset your Dark Realm in case you have something forgotten there or failed to catch darkrai. Note that you must defeat him without having any of your pokemons faint. If it's your first time defeating Horon, you'll only receive a Halloween Rapidash Mount, so you'll have to defeat the boss one more time in order to re-enter the Dark Realm.   6. Can you try these procedures and see if you can solve the issue? 1. Delete all PRO files that you have inside your computer 2. Flush your bin from your computer 3. Restart your computer 4. Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus 5. Download the game here 6. Put all your PRO files inside a folder and not directly into your drive like this 7. Run the program as adminstrator Note that if you succeed in running PROclient, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall, and add an exception for your PROclient.   8. Hi, @Faka2 Note that squirtle is ranked as "rare" tier, which means it is one of the rarest pokemon you can find in PRO. Therefore, depending on your luck, it could take sometime until you can encounter one. Unfortunately, there is nothing much I can help you on this matter I hope you'll be able to encounter one soon. If you already possess 4 accounts, you won't be able to make another account. I'm very sorry However, I can recommend you to start a new story in another server. Note that you are still allowed to play on both Silver and Gold with your account, and this will allow you to proceed the story from Kanto with a new starter of what you wished.   20. The preview page that you are referring is just a page to help players understand how the following information will be hidden if you reach High Scores Board. So, I don't think there is a way to change the preview of the server that you want. Note that you can check your account's name, money, and playtime from the trainer card inside the game.
  21. Hi, @Sylvenx I don't think I fully understood your question. Are you referring the stats shown in User Settings > Privacy? If so, the preview is just a preview, if you select any between the two options "hide my country from other players" or "hide my money from other players" it will hide both servers and vice versa.   22. If you have an escape rope in your inventory, can you try use it and see if you can move afterwards? Note that if you don't have any escape rope in your inventory, can you ask someone to battle you in unranked, and click the surrender (run) button so you can teleport to the center of the PC.
