Hi, @ShadowSt4lker. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this is not a bug. In PRO, you are only allowed to catch 1 dog via story. (You can catch the other dogs only via World Quest) In order to gain another chance to catch raikou, you have to defeat boss nikola located at trainers valley. Hi, [uSER=654916]@Silent2Kill[/uSER]. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Note, that old servers Red and Blue now merged into Silver server and yellow server changed its name into Gold server. If you merge your accounts, all your progress saved in Blue server will be saved automatically into Silver server. (This part can't be changed) So, the only way to move all your pokemons, items, and money into Gold is by Server Transfer. But since Server Transfer switches your Silver account and Gold account info, solving your problem can be a lot difficult than you might imagined. I recommend you to follow the exact steps in order to accomplish what you've asked. a. Log into dashboard and click on "Merge is required". (Check Server Merge FAQ if you have problems merging) b. Press option 2, "keep both accounts" and check Blue for the rename. (This will create separate accounts for red and blue progress, previous red progress will be saved in Silent2Kill Silver account and previous blue progress will be saved in the new named Silver server account) c. Transfer the new named Silver server account to Gold server. d. Move the items, money, and pokemon from the new named account to your main Gold server account. Unfortunately you can't transfer servers at the moment as the service is currently closed, so you'll have to wait until PRO staffs open up the service again. There is no set eta for when it will be opened again. But, when the service is re-opened, it will be an announced in both the Announcement Subforums and the announcement channel in our Official PRO Discord Server, so I recommend you to stay in touch with the announcements. Note that there are certain requirements for server transfer, so check out the previous Server-Transfer-Thread for detailed information about the requirements. Hi, @Anddiy. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. But, you have to finish the darkrai quest first and then defeat the boss in order to obtain the mount. I checked your log info, and you are keep logging into Silver server. Can you please log into Gold server and check if you have all your progress there? I'll be waiting for your reply. -
Hi, @LuisToog. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Note that there are two options when you use IV reroll ticket on your legendaries, you can choose to change the IVs to the new IVs or you can keep the old IVs, but both options uses up one IV reroll ticket. I think you have selected to choose the old IVs instead of the new IVs. I'm really sorry for your loss, but it would be hard for us to help you on this case, because this is not a technical code issue, so it wouldn't be fair for all the players who have experienced the same problem. Horon only recovers your chance to catch darkrai again at the moment. For the item loss, we are trying to figure out a solution to fix the problem. So, please wait a little more for us. I'm really sorry for the problem.

First of all, for the darkrai quest, there is a miniboss called Horon, Thief of Souls at Dark Valley that will let you restart the Dark Realm quest . all servers Halloween Spawn Rates (Suggestion and clarification)

Hi, @Randomopkid. I'm really sorry to hear your current situation, but I think it would be hard for us to increase the spawn rate of Halloween forms. I understand that you can't spend much time on hunting, but this game is a MMO based game that requires to spend more time to obtain such valuable pokemons. From what you mentioned above, you said that you feel like this is unfair to others who simply don't have all day to play this game, but on the other hand there are players who spend a lot of time inside the game to hunt such rare pokemons. Most of all, these new forms are meant to be hard to obtain and I believe 2% is already pretty high spawn rate compared to other new forms that were released until now in PRO.
