Hi, @anhbeo91. As requested, I've deleveled your sliggoo to level 99. To evolve sliggoo, you first have to find a place in PRO where it's raining outside of battle. (Try pastoria city or route 212) Afterwards, you have to level up pass 50 and sliggoo will evolve into goodra. Have a nice day. Kind regards, HappyMango.

Then, can you let your shelmet get defeated by a pokemon to get it's happiness decreased. After this logout wait a couple seconds, relog revive the shelmet and then try the trade procedure. I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hi, @Hellscaller. To add-up some basic information about the method. Repel trick allows a player to find the highest-leveled wild Pokémon in an area. Note, that there are certain places where you can use repel trick to encounter only certain pokemons. (It cannot be used in every grass or water for every pokemon) Since, two players above explained well on how to use repel trick I'll pass this part. However, as written above by two players, 1/50 chance to encounter a halloween form doesn't mean you are guaranteed to find one every 50th encounter. Unfortunately, encountering event form pokemons requires a bit of luck. I just want to tell you one thing. Hi, @@Bielxyzz. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Note that Red and Blue servers now merged as Silver server and Yellow server changed its name to Gold Server. I've checked your account's database and found out you were playing mainly in Yellow server, so your main Server would be Gold.
