Hi, @smallboy. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Note that this game is still continuously updating and crashes can always occur at any time. If we are to bring the server to maintenance, you'll receive a warning, but in cases of random crashes unfortunately it's impossible for us to warn the players since we can't predict them. I understand that you are sad and frustrated for the situation, but we won't be able to refund you in any way for the cause of server crashes, because it would be unfair for all other players that experienced similar problems. Hi, @PokemonDzoto. Note that you can exchange 1 IV reroll ticket into 2 Nature reroll tickets and vice versa in Vermilion city. Unlike buying the tickets via PvP and PvE coins, there are 3 ways to obtain IV reroll tickets through quests inside the game. First is the Pewter Museum quest as you mentioned and the second is the Suspicious bot as zeskyr mentioned above. Name change service will provide you these 3 following categories. - Your username will be changed to your chosen username. - All login details will remain the same apart from your username. - This name change will affect: Pokemon OT, Friendlist, Guild memberlist (After next server crash/restart) So, if you change your name all your caught Pokemon OT will change as well. Unfortunately you can't change your name at the moment as the name change service is currently closed, so you'll have to wait until PRO staffs open up the service again. There is no set eta for when it will be opened again. But, when the service is re-opened, it will be an announced in both the Announcement Subforums and the announcement channel in our Official PRO Discord Server, so I recommend you to stay in touch with the announcements. Note that there are certain requirements for changing your name, so check out the previous Name-Change-Thread for detailed information about the requirements. Have a nice day. Hi, @Accidburn. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Note that red and blue server now merged as silver server and yellow server changed its name to gold server. I have checked your account's database and found out that you played mainly on red server. I also checked that you have merged your accounts, but recently logged into both silver and gold server. Is the problem that you written above from silver server, I'm checking since you might have misunderstood your main servers. Hi, @rahz. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked your account's database and found out you recently logged into Gold server. Can you please confirm that your problem for "invalid username or password" has already been solved? For the transfer case, your Silver account will be on Gold and your Gold account will be on Silver, which means, if you request a server transfer on your rahz account, your rahz accounts on both servers will get swapped. However, you can't transfer your account at the moment as the server transfer service is currently closed, so you'll have to wait until PRO staffs open up the service again. There is no set eta for when it will be opened again. But, when the service is re-opened, it will be an announced in both the Announcement Subforums and the announcement channel in our Official PRO Discord Server, so I recommend you to stay in touch with the announcements. Note that there are certain requirements for Server Transfer, so check out the previous Server-Transfer-Thread for detailed information about the requirements. Have a nice day. Hi, @muril0xd. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, since it's your friend who changed the moveset, it would be hard for us to help you on this case, as it would be unfair for all other players who experienced similar problems. As Raika explained above, if the pikachu has your ot, you'll be able to teach surf again to your pikachu via a tutor named Victor located at Route 19. He will charge you 8k exchange of teaching the move. Note that when use lending system, you are able to receive back the pokemon in it's original form (moveset, evs and level all set to the point when you lend the pokemon), so try using the system next time if your friend asks you to borrow a pokemon. Hi, @Tensey. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. If you have a escape rope, you can use it to teleport yourself to the last pokecenter that you visited. Or, ask a friend in-game to send you a battle request. If you blackout (All your pokemons in your party faint) while battling your friend, you'll be able to teleport yourself to the last pokecenter that you visited. However, there is a service where you can transfer your account gold to silver and vice versa.
