  7. First of all, I have checked your database and found that your pokeballs are still held by the Ranger. Please talk to the Ranger standing below the pokecenter to receive your pokeballs. I'm sorry for that you have felt that the quest wasn't intuitive enough. I have informed the Content Scripters and now changed that the Pinkan Sailor on Pinkan island will only let you back if you received your pokeballs back from the Ranger.   9. Unfortunately, you have to defeat all team rocket to get your pokeballs back. Once you defeat Giovanni, Officer Jenny will escort you back to Pinkan City. Afterward you can reclaim your pokeballs from the Pinkan Ranger.
  10. You have to finish the quest up to defeating team rocket on the Pinkan island to get your balls back. And at the moment, Nikola is your only way to re-catch mew. I'm sorry, there is nothing much we can really help you on this problem :(
  11. Hi, @BingeDrinker. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the pokeballs taken away from Pinkan quest is not a bug. Starting the Pinkan quest, the Pinkan Ranger will take your pokeballs away, preventing from catching any Pokemons from the island until you complete the quest. If you finish the Pinkan quest, you'll be able to get all your pokeballs back. Check out this link to learn how to finish Pinkan quest. Since this is a part of the quest, we won't be able to help you on this case, because if we refund you in any way it would be unfair for all other players that experienced similar problems. I hope you understand. But, I want to tell you that there is a way to re-catch your mew. After defeating a boss named Nikola, you'll have another chance to re-catch one of your legendaries, in your case it would be mew. This boss is located at the Unknown Place in Trainers Valley. If you haven't opened Trainers Valley, check this link for more information about how to open the place. I hope this helped you solve your problem at least a bit. I wish you good luck on your mew. However, it seems like the game crashed due to your internet problems, we won't be able to help you on this case, since if we would refund you it would be unfair for all other players that experienced a loss of their progress due to an issue on their end and were not refunded.   16. Hi, @TheTick. We deleveled your happiny so you can evolve it to chansey. To evolve happiny into chansey, you will need to level it up holding an oval stone in the daytime (10:00-20:00).   24. Hi, @Shaitan1207. As a short reminder, red and blue server merged into silver and yellow server changed its name to gold. I have checked your account and found that you had made a mistake while merging. You selected blue as your main game progress, while your main was red. We unmerged your account, so you can merge your accounts again picking red server as your main this time. Can you reply me back if your problems have been solved?   25. Any places on the list that I have mentioned above, you'll be able to evolve magneton to magnezone. So, if you unlock Hoenn I recommend to try "New Mauville" and "Spear Pillar.
