hi... I hope someone can help me... I already got Jirachi and I have all the requirements, but when I went to do the Latia and Latios quest nothing appears, neither the reporter nor Latias or Latios... changing a boss dynamic or system, because it wouldn't be cool for some or several "bored" players... If you're going to change something, then you should do a survey to see what other players think. The last time there was a request like this, they changed the bosses and movements and most of the people didn't like it because they couldn't face the bosses anymore. but that's just my thought...
