as @Voldis4 said. try to encounter a wild Pokemon attack and log out and back in. You should be able to run back and forth to encounter one, or where you are at you can also fish from there.

If you defeated kyurem in the forest first time, you get a re-roll and some xmas coins. If you defated him on the 2nd try, you will only get some xmas coins. And anything more then 2 times, you dont get anything. It looks like you lost your first battle, so all you got were the Xmas Coins.

In order to go to Love Island, you need to have caught 120 Kanto pokemon and evolved 38 of them. The Professor Oak picture you showed, he says you only have caught 110 Kanto pokemon.

So after looking into the logs. You contributed a total IVs of 3272. The total IVs needed for the prize was 3272.37.237237 or more. So even though you and your friend were both at 3%. you missed the total IV by 1/3. Where your friend was over that number. It was not bugged, you just came insanely close. Sorry for this.

Explorer Tony just got stuck in the cave with the exact opposite issue, he has the TM for Rock Smash, but no pokemon to use it. He is willing to sell the TM to travelers for a fee. Let me know if you have any issues.

Hello, The re-roll was if you beat kyurem on the first try. If you beat him on the 2nd try, all you get are some coins.

if you log off and then back on. and go and ask for a hint on each pokemon, he should fix all issues now. if you do that and it does not work let me know. this fix has fixed it for most so far.

Did you talk to Riolu before talking to Trevor? If so, his pokemon are out hiding, but if you talk to them first, they will run off. there are more then 1 spot each pokemon can hide in.

Have you gone and asked for a hint? the asking for a hint will also ensure that they are not stuck with an issue that happened at first.
