I asked the question if there will be changes on the WQ because of time zone stuff in the recent Q&A stream. - There are currently no plans to change it. - No plans to add other ways to get the ticket - Walross said he agrees that there is a problem about everyone having a chance to get the ticket - You should post suggestions ( ) Some staff member in the stream even said its fair because it runs for 24 hours ._. But I can at least tell you that the problem is known. I also asked why so many suggestions arent answered => Its very time consuming or often just the same answer

The thing is, for a good team you dont need 22 good legendaries. For many legends you also need no perfect ivs to be very good. I think at this point the current system is fine imo. What sucks are hidden abilities (See this topic) and some 31 stats (Latios/as 31 speed, Suicune 31 hp e.g.). And this points suck so hard that there is pvp some fun missing for most players as its almost impossible to aim for those stats without investing 100 of millions. PvP is kinda incomplete imo if you see a Zapdos and stay in with your Gliscor because you know there wont be a hp ice comming or switch your Lando in a opponents Lando all day without any fear. Same with Latios/as vs Gengar e.g..

If I had to fix this issue I would start it the other way around since the Wq is something completely unique, I wouldnt create other quests which replace it. Especially because all those quests already have their rewards. Instead change the circumstances imo. How the Wq was before was much better imo, btw. Im not really sure why it got changed, if I had a guess I'd say its because there were problems with the random auto start. Else I cant really imagine. What is there a issue with the current wq? - Some people dont have time to participate because of time zones - We need less than 24 hours - Only once in a month - Needs a few hours While the first 2 points are the main problems for most. You could double the time, double the IV's and half the needed percentage for example. But that would also mean there are twice as much Tickets archived and its meant to be rare. In other hand it would be a compensation for the fact that it is much rarer now. It would be nice to know if staff are discussing a change in anyway since many people seem unhappy with it how it is right now.
