I dont have roost in my moveset

Hiii I was battling with Noivern against Wild graveler in victory road. It used Earthquake a ground type move but it damaged my noivern. Noivern is flying/dragon pokemon so earthquake shouldnt have any effect on it. please check if i am wrong. thank u
