Hello @tejkkapadia123, When you start Heartan Quest all your Masterballs and Rare Candies will be taken from you and you don't get them back till you finished the Quest. Is that maybe the case for you? Greetings, M3ru3m

I am afraid this is the case. But it's not so hard to do. You can just catch a lvl 50ish Gyarados, get it to lvl 60 and do it without even EV Training it. Moxie Ability helps, but its not needed. Just catch some backup Pokes inside the Cave (so you can Revive Gyarados) and beat all the trainers. Then you should also be good to go to beat the lvl 99 Heatran :) Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @yunis979, Yes, the ArcadeCoins got removed. You can not use them at the moment (that's why they got removed). But there will be an NPC added leter for remainig Coins. Maybe some kind of exchanger, but can't say for sure. As for the extra reward: You'll get a shiny Wingull for every 25th time. I hope that helped. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @Issac313, If the Sailor says you need more love you either don't have 120 Gen 1 Pokes and 38 Evos. I checked with our Tools and you only have 114 Kanto Pokes caught. So just catch 6 more Pokes from the first Gen (1 - 151) and you should be good to go :-) Have a nice day, M3ru3m

Hi, Try to lower it a little more so the happiness evo will not be triggered. And don't worry. I can always delevel it for you :) So try getting happiness to under 249 cause level up will give +5 happiness. And please let me know if it worked. Greetings, M3ru3m

Also we can't check if it really was due to a Server Crash so people could just disconnect themself if they are about to lose and just claim it was a Server Crash.
