Hello @gui525, I'll close the thread since the Server is up again. Please check Server Status next time instead of making a post. Either in #bot-commands channel of our PRO Discord by using ^up command or by checking the Dashboard. If the Server is down for more then 5 minutes you can just tag @restart in the #restart-chat channel of PRO Discord. Have a nice day, M3ru3m

Hello @pato123, If you are asking for a de-evolve then I am sorry but we can't de-evolve Pokes. Our Tools are just not able to. If you just want a delevel then please let me know what Pokemon (ideally give me the ID) and I will delevel it for you. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello [uSER=2699744]@fapstronaut[/uSER], As Allsmell already said do you have to be Kanto Champion for Jessie and James Boss and have a Pikachu in your Team. Any Level works for it and it doesn't have to be OT. You can check Boss Requirements in our ProWiki or in the #bot-commands Channel of our Pro Discord by using the Command ^boss bossname I hope that helps to clear things up for you :-) Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @mrheimer and @itsDod, Sorry for the inconenience, but if you want to change the ability on your Heatran you need to use an Ability Capsule I am afraid. Hello @RayCoetzer, Sorry for the inconvenience, but sadly we can't restore Pokes that were lost due to a Server Crash because it hasn't been saved in our Database. I checked and it is the case for your Dratini: Again I am sorry there is nothing more I can do for you. As Bhimoso already said, it's usually not a bad idea to log out whenever you catch a good Poke so it's Data is force saved. Have a great day regardless, M3ru3m -
Hello @carnivor, Sorry for the inconvenience. Looking at your Forum Name it looks like your Name was changed into "carnivor". Did you try it with that one? Otherwise please try to change your Password. Please let me know if either of that worked for you. edit: I just saw that this seems to be an Alt. But I checked and the name was changed. Hello @iSimpleJack, You can find how to merge and a FAQ in our Everything about Merge Thread. You can do it at your Dashboard and if you still can't access Silver Server after the merge you need to change your Password since sometimes it doesn't get synched correctly when merging :-) You can do that here. Hello @Rayquazaking999, Sorry, but I don't know see the Problem here. Like Bhimoso already said are there Reroll Tickets, which can be purchased by PVP/PVE Coins or can be obtained from News Reporter as a 7th day reward or bought from other players with Pokedollars. There are IV rerolls, Nature rerolls (where you get to pick the nature) and Ability Capsules that will change the ability for your Legendary Poke. So as soon as you caught it you can reroll everything till you are happy with it. :-) Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @mitesx21, Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you sure you are at the right guard? You have to surf around the Temple in the middle (starting on the left side) of Dragons Den to get to the Dragon Shrine. So you go to the left of Dragons Den, surf down then right and then up and talk to the Guard there. If you have 150+ Evos and a Level 100 Dragon Poke in your Team you should be able to enter :-) Please let me know if that worked. Greetings, M3ru3m
