  1. Hello Akkaundal, Sorry for the inconvenience. You can check the reason for your Ban at your Dashboard. If you feel like the Ban is not deserved you can make an Appeal at the Discipline Appeals Section of the Forum and ONLY there. Be sure to check out the Rules before you make your Appeal. Especially this one: One of our Staff will handle your case as soon as possible. Until then please be patient and stop opening new Threads about your Ban since that will abolutly not help your case.   3. Hello Cavanay, Sorry for the inconvenience. You can read how and why that happened here. In the meantime I will forward it to our Staffmember so they will remove that Poke from your Team and put it back in the PC. In case you are wondering why you can only use Johto Pokes: Thats supposed to be that way. Everytime you enter a new Region the Pokes from your previous Region(s) will be locked in the PC till you beat the 8th Gym of the Region you are in. That is to keep the Game at a challenging Level for the Player. You can however use your "old" Pokes for each E4 and also you can trade in every Region (except Kanto of course) right from the Start. Please be sure your Poke does not hold any item as it might get lost when Staff will move your Poke. I let you know as soon as its done and I hope my answer helped to clear things up.   4. Hello @agusc, Sorry for the inconvenience. Yes the Servers are down for Maintenance at the moment. Stuff like that is usually announced in our official PRO Discord. Not only because it would be unfair to all other players who had the same Problem and never reported it. Sorry theres nothing else I can do for you. I hope you understand.   9. Hello Kunj2426, Thank you for your report. This happens when you were in a batltle during the crash happened. If you disconnect (for whatever reason) during a battle you will always be teleported back to the last Pokecenter you visited. I hope that clears things up for you :-) Greetings, M3ru3m
  10. Hello Froostiee, Sorry for your inconvenience. It appears that you got caught in a Server wipe which was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes and only executed at players with under 10 in-game hours. . It seems you played for 3 hours on Red Server before the merge happened and then stopped playing till recently. The only way to fix this problem is that I reset your Account for you and you start over again. If you are ok with that please let me know then I will reset your account and let you know as soon as its done. Greetings, M3ru3m

  12. Hi @Packice, I checked with our tools and saw that the last lend was Mon Feb 24 2020 03:48:16 GMT+0 and on your picture it says you put 1 Day for the lend. So you Poke should return tomorrow (Feb 25 2020 03:48:16 GMT+0). As alternative you can contact "Bixhed99" ask to send you Poke back earlier. Please let me know if that solved your Problem.   13. Hi Xemvi56, Sorry for the inconvenience. I think you mean when u battled them the second time. You need to interact with the pink Ryhorn behind Butch and Cassady. First you need to calm it down and then set it free. Then you should be able to continue and finish the Quest as you can see for example. :-) I hope this helped. Greetings, M3ru3m
  14. Hi kalturjon, Sorry for the inconvenience. Sounds like you doing it right. Have you used the Move "Ancient Power" in battle too? You can also try to lower its happiness (let it faint once) then restart your client and level it up again (either with Rare Candy or Battle, both should work).   20. Hello Buuhvtk123, Sorry for the inconvenience but Natures can only be changed for Legendaries with a nature Reroll Ticket. I am sorry but we can't change the Nature for you as it would be unfair to all the other players who already encountered the same Problem and just accepted their fate. So be sure to always have a Sync Poke with you when hunting since it helps a lot for getting the right nature and continue your hunt. Don't let it discourage.   24. Hello Wizzy22, As it says in the PRO Wiki about Nikola: It is not intended to be used that way. But if you are willing to take the risk there will be no consequenses from our side. It can be done on any Legendary ONE Time. However if there is a DC during the fight or you happen to lose, nothing can bring back your Legendary. If the Legenary is obtainable in the game at the moment Nikola can bring it back (ONE TIME). If the Poke can't be obtained at the moment (for example: Darkrai, Shaymin...) Nikola can't bring it back because he just reinstates the Legendary Pokémon's battleability or the quest lead-ups needed for it, thereby accessibilizing to you another chance of hunting for them.   25. It's true that you still can get Arcarde Coins from News Reporter Quest in Solaceon. But Staff is already working on an Coin Exchanger NPC.
