Hello @gohansk, You can Merge your account yourself at your Dashbaord. Just check out our Merge Thread. Everything is explained in there. Just be sure to pick Blue Server as your Main Server and you should be good to go :-) If you have anymore questions or Problems feel free to ask :-) Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @YuriCacarin, Sorry for the inconvenience, but our Reborn Bot has reached its Limit so there is no way to add it for now sadly. Our Devs are working on a solution at the moment and trying to fix that issue as soon as possible. Just keep an eye on Announcement in our official PRO Discord. Hi @Luzibel, We are aware of that. That NPC has been removed because Quack Jack was implemented. But our Programmers are currently thinking about and working on a solution for that. Maybe some NPC that exchanges the Arcarde Coins for Casion Coins, we will see what they come up with :-) So don't worry. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @Karthikeyan0987, Did you have that Problem from the start or did that just happen recently? Please try to use a Escape Rope or get into a battle with a friend (/battle name) and relog during that battle. I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know if that solved the Problem. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @ceymsbolt, I am really sorry but we don't offer Account Resets at the moment. There will be one in the near Future though, so please be sure to join our Discord if you haven't already since it will be announced there. There is however a little trick you could use. You can transfer your account from the other server for free and start a new game there. You can switch Server on your Dashboard. Just go there and click on "Server Transfer" and then on the "Transfer for free" button. I hope that helped. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @Hemebru, As already mentioned by Travok is it not enough to just have the seen Data from the Dogs but you need to have battled them in their respective location. I recommend to follow the Guide on Prowiki since its way more detailed. Check there if you missed anything and please let me know if the Problem is still exists or not. :-) I hope that helped. And just to be clear, for the 3 Dogs to spawn in their respective location you need to interact with them first in Bell Tower. After they fleed you will find them in the mentioned locations.
