@SirChancelot @Zyreh The trade has been reverted and the auction will continue from the 600K start offer. I suggest both of you will read the auction rules, you can not negotiate an insta during the auction. The proper actions have been taken, the Pinsir is in my possesion now and will be forced to the winner once the auction is over. For the simple reason that this is not how it works, as for the example above this would mean someone is allowed to continuesly harras, insult, troll players without any real actions taken against it. I could write several examples but it comes down to 1 simple solution, just dont reply. Report the player, as soon as you reply with insults you are doing the exact same thing you are reporting a player for meaning you will be punished as well. A scammer will get a permanent ban right away, no matter the history. The one making the insults will be punished just as you will be, based on his or her history. This just cant happen, given with the example above, this would allow toxic players to always be toxic and never learn. Wont happen. Getting banned and making an appeal is meant for you to learn and prevent the same actions from happening again, repeating it over and over will lead to more severe punishments, as it does in the real world as well. As mentioned above, dont reply, if someone insults you for whatever reason you are not forced to reply in the same way, this will only make it worse for yourself. If he insults you report the player, its that simple. If you're not insulting someone you wont be banned for it, i cant make it any easier than this. As we have tried to explain to you already, on your reports, appeals and even in Dms, your past ban is not reactivated. If you break the rules it will be increased the next time you do it again. A heavier punishment has nothing to do with the longer you play, it is based on the amount of times you have broken the rules already. For example, if you make a fake offer on a Pokémon the first time you will be warned, if you do it again you will be trade banned, if you keep repeating it the trade ban will be longer each time and after multiple times you will end up getting a temp ban and if you continue after that you will end up being permanent banned. Punishments are not based on the amount of players you report, this is what you seem to think, we appreciate the reports you make but if all your reports contain you swearing or triggering said player as well that will result in you being punished as well. As Eaty said it is case specific but even the small infractions will add up overtime otherwise it could go on forever and it could harm players constantly.

Im not really sure what you mean here, if you want a detailed explenation you can write a thread in the General Complaint area and i will be more than happy to explain it to.
