Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay. You posted your issue on the wrong subforum where staffs usually don't often reply. Disconnecting in a battle to catch a Pokemon means automatically a lose and therefore you cannot catch it again. Unfortunately, we cannot restore the Pokémon or return the Mysterious Ticket. This is because it would be unfair towards previous players who had a similar situation in the past that where we didn't refund anything. I understand your frustration now, but please try to understands this. I'll lock this thread as we cannot proceed further. Have a nice day!

Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. When transferring it's stated that you will only transfer your story progress, items, Pokemon and coins to your desired server and not merging your items together. As the result was from your side not reading clearly, we unfortunately cannot help you here further. Furthermore if we give you a transfer again, it would be unfair towards other people who made a similar mistake in the past which was declined as well. Nevertheless, you are able to swap the server again after a month or you have to pay 100 coins. You are still able to freely play on gold in the meantime but without your friends. I understand your frustration now, but please try to understands this. This simply cannot happen because if we help you transfer for free now, we would have to do this to other people as well for their mistakes, which can be abused as well. I'm sorry once again. Hi there! I've tested the quest myself it works fine. Please talk to the NPC in the right order. Officer Jenny -> second NPC in Vermilion -> NPC in Saffron -> Store Owner in Celadon Department store. After this you should be able to fight Butch and Cassidy and continue the quest. Please let me know if it solves your issue.

Shoal Salts cannot be sold to the Item Maniac but Shoal Shells can. It's indeed true that every player can only get one Shell Bell per account. However, it's tradeable. I've asked a content scripter if it would be possible to add the Shell Bell to the PvE/PvP shop.

Try to open your console and type in clean reg. I've forwarded your issue to the devs as well.

Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The quest you are referring to is the Garchompite quest. There is no Turnback Cave in PRO as Girantina isn't catchable yet. You should be able to win against the Tourist by using Chansey, Banette and other Destiny Bond Pokemon. Kind regards, Exotyc

This issue was a dev related issue. Users who have completed the WQ and transferred back to the completed WQ server didn't get their rewards. But it was fixed immediately.

Hey there! I'll be taking over your thread now since Epithet has left staff. I've talked to a content scripter and you already aquired the 4 shoal shells in the past. We unfortunately cannot restore them for you as it would be unfair towards other users. Therefore, the only way to get a Shed Bell is by buying from another player. I hope you understand.
