Hello @Smr12. My apologies for the delayed response.
This happens when your antivirus deletes files needed to open the client.
To solve this, you can either temporarily disable your antivirus and launch the game or add PRO to your antivirus' whitelist. Either of the two options should solve the issue and let you launch and play the game.
Let me know if you manage to resolve it or if you continue to have issues.

Seems like this was purely a visual glitch or a loading issue. Regardless, doesn't seem to be a permanent problem.

Unfortunately, Staff cannot help you in this case. The most we can do is recommend searching for guides or videos showcasing how to get passed this part.
Perhaps you can also get assistance from another player on tactics to finish this part of the quest. Best of luck.

This issue was fixed 1-2 weeks ago. You should be able to proceed with the quest normally.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm what you're saying is true. Our records show you only purchased one 30d MS and the dates aren't matching up. Therefore, we cannot take any action.
I'm sure this isn't the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand.

Hello @Onelast. Sorry for the late response.
Unfortunately, there is no way for us to revert what has happened. However, you can take your Oddish to a Move Relearner to re-teach your Oddish Mega Drain. In Kanto, you can find the Move Relearners in Cerulean City and in Saffron City. They will charge you 2,000 per move you relearn.

Snorlax can learn the move Curse via the Egg Move tutor found within every daycare. To unlock the Daycares, you will first need to defeat Naero boss inside Cerulean Cave in any difficulty.
Once unlocked, you can enter the daycares and speak with the man behind the desk and he will offer to teach your Pokémon Egg Moves, or, in other words, moves they'd normally learn through breeding, at a price of 15k per move.

This form of Piplup will not be available during the 2023 Christmas event. We will not disclose when it will be made available, so you'll just have to wait and find out what event it comes out on.

I notice you have still not been able to evolve your Buneary. Can you try making it faint against a wild Pokémon, then maxing out its happiness again?
If that does not work, try having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then close your client, relaunch it, and max it out again.
If neither of those work, please let me know.

Sometimes, a quest requires two identical maps, one which becomes unavailable when the quest is complete, after completing a certain part of a quest, or can only be accessed one time during the quest.
There are many Pokémon that only some people have as they were exclusive to previous limited timed events, such as Wooloo, Falinks, Guzzlord, etc. Exclusive Pokémon, items or skins are a part of the game and will likely remain that way.

Hello @Sascha21. My apologies for the late response.
When you remove the clothes or accessories your character is wearing, they are sent to the Customizations tab in your inventory. If you open your inventory, you can find them there.
By clicking them within your inventory, they will be placed onto your character.
