The final auction End time was 9:14 with the 15 minute rule, and no further bids were given (as this is after both 9:00 and 9:11, I'm satisfied the correct person won) @ScorpionAZ you will recive a punishment both for trading the Pokémon before the auction was over and for changing the end time.

The pokémon has been traded to the wrong auction winner. @shaoyumingwas the correct auction winner with 5m. Unfortunatly the trades in this case were unable to be reversed, as such the punishment shall be harsher.
