You can get Eevee in Safari Zone which is the closest for you right now. Recommend you to check pokedex, prowiki/Reborn Bot if you want to know pokemon spawn.

Random set stuff will change when gen9 sets/pokemon are coming into PRO. But I agree with the guildmate stuff.

While I agree with the point of making it easier is correct, I disagree with few points -You have many ways to make moneys from Jenny but dont forget that you can lose this money during battle since newbies players are not aware of the dc tips. -Game is supposed to be friendly for everyone, you have to walk for around 10-15 hours approx until you can reach the Ditto spawn even if PRO has a higher speed while walking it's not that friendy imo. -Subway quest is so different and we cant compare it, one is for unlocking access to 2 regions train while you can use bike during your whole journey compared to the 2 subway/teleporter quest you have to do. A solid +1 for me due to new players need about the bike.

Until you have the badge, you dont need a pokemon with the move. Worth if you dont want a HM Slave in your team during journey or a quest.

In dev-to-do-list. Something like that is in plan too (showing available bosses, actual quest, daily stuff you can do like Solaceon qest) Will never be added for economy and for a MMORPG like PRO.
