Hello, the reason it didnt evolve is because you dont have the same atk and def, as stated by bulbapedia, Hitmontop need to be same atk and def to evolve. You will require to add some atk EVs to get 30 in atk and it will evolve.

I completely agree with everything, meanwhile I agree new spawns should be hided and I totally understand the decision since we want players to discover new spawns, area, daily activities etc.. ! I myself dont agree in hiding some former pokemon information, for example let say I want a Marill in Kanto because it is my favorite pokemon, I dont want it to be hided from me, the pokemon have dropped since years since it's not a new pokemon, I would like to know at which point I can get it and having something I really love. Same for repel, should have informations on pokedex so you can prepare.

+1 Promoting pvp teambuilding can be cool, PvP Coordinator already doing a clean work but having more ressources can be good.

-1 Why making everything easier to get ? Main purpose of pvp chest is to play pvp until you get something you like not buying it in a shop or trade chat. If you wanna get these items as a rare collection, grind pvp and dont buy in trade chat.

His rise shine in many Ninetales-Alolan team! Aegislash A+>A-: Hoopa/Ttar being super common more ttar due to the Knock Off addition doesnt really help Aegislash to shine in the current metagame! It is still does have a niche to pass Metagross but being worried about a potential Knock Off can be scary. Clodsire not helping also if full special atk and not being offensive to deal a big amount of damage. Toxic sub still shine in the current meta vs stall but less efficient.

Hello, while I agree EXP can be hard at the start. There is many ways to gain EXP such as the copycat you can found in every city with a Gym but doesnt making the Trainer refight possible after 1 day will just make the game easiest ? Fighting over +5 NPC per route can be too much EXP and player will just be over-level. And -1 for region locked pokemon, it's just to strong and we know what will happens, seing the same pokemon such as Moxie one (Sandile, Gyarados, Bagon etc..)

There was some pokedex data deletion in the previous month and a quest rework, be sure you have the full Kanto pokedex completed to be able to get into the island.

-1 First, many events are either too long and will make the event not friendly, for example I dont want a that long Halloween event, max 1 month is the best. 2nd) I think we cant predict some issue. Mainly event coming with a client and we dont know what could happens so giving a ETA is not good. But +1 for the outbreak. Even a little icon will be cool and giving informations about the pokemon you can hunt.
