Hm, after beat e4 hoenn, paul should be in lilycove city, and next we need to beat stan on little root, some galactic grunt on route heading to odale. And fight stan last at r103. Probably theres bug so you cant find any of them. I think only mod can help you at this point

Hi, i think there are 3 spot for lustrous orb. 1 spot on cave under bridge and 2 spot on northen cave. not really sure tho, did this quest couple month ago
