Horon give u 2 option, re enter dark realm or hw mount, pick dark realm to do darkrai quest, you need to beat him without any poke on ur team faint. After beat horon, enter alucard castle, go up until you meet darakrai, bring poke with miracle eye and beat his team. You will sent to dark realm

Could be wrong, If u do all the quest fine, you should be able claim rr on npc near alucard castle But if u die more then 4 time on dark realm or you have claim rr before, u cant claim the rr
