As the last time you played was quite a long time ago, you might not remember it correctly. As I can really understand your frustration, there is nothing that can be done from my side here. To get the bike, you need now to get all Johto Badges. Once you have them, you will be able to come back to Vermillion and interact with the NPC Old Man Steven, in the house right next to the pokecenter. He will sell you the Bike Voucher for 60k pokedollars or 40k pokedollars if you can also give him a Ditto, which closest spots are located Route 8, Route 13 or Route 14. Greetings @Tendosasori, First, there is no dumb question! Always ask if you don't know! So! Not every pokemon has forms. Here are all Form we have in PRO. Any Event Pokemon can be encountered anywhere they spawn, not only on the Event Island (Vulcan Island, for the Summer Event) Be aware that Pinkan Island don't have Event Pokemon, but you can encounter Pink Pokemon there. You can't also encounter Event Pokemon by headbutting or doing Excavation Site. Membership is not necessary to encounter Event Pokemon. You only need it if you decide to hunt in a specific area where the MS would be required to encounter a certain pokemon. I'd like to add that Shiny Chance is 1/8192, but concerning Event Pokemon, the rate for finding them will be kept unrevealed. Don't hesitate if you got more questions!!! Kind regards RockyRaccoon

You will find the ways to teach it to your pokemon. You will also know which pokemon can use the move! Will-O-Wisp can be taught to your pokemon by Level or by TM. For information, Pokeballs, Greatballs, Ultraballs and Beastballs are not tradable items. Though all the other ones can be traded. You are talking about hunting Legendary Pokemon. I'm not sure what you are refering to. In PRO, each Legendary Pokemon requires to fill a quest. I invite you to have a look our Prowiki to check the different Quests.
