@Senior115 I would like to list the places you went wrong here and in the future what to do in these situation. Do note these quotes are in relation to our Auction Rules. I know this may seem like alot to read, but please read it and ensure that you under everything and you dont find your self in this position in the future. The first thing was the addition of payments once the auction had already started. Once the auction starts, no more auction parameters can be changed, this included accepted payments. You added rare candies to your list, but the auction had already started. The auction started on 24/10/25 at 15:26 GMT+1, With an auction duration of 24 hours after this point this, an end point of 25/10/25 at 15:26. The following will be a list of events you did/stated on the 25th before the end point. At 14:41 you stated "another 20 min the end", when there was 45 minutes left. At 15:06, you qouted our 15 minute auction rule, when in fact this rule doesnt take place until 15:11. At 15:11, you claimed the auction had ended, when in fact there was 15 minutes left still. Even if there wasnt, you disregarded the 15 minutes rule you just quoted previously. You then at 15:16 stated "@Darkiler win Because I contacted you first.". This isnt how auctions work. There is always one winner determined to be the highest bidder, whilst being a valid bid. Here you just claimed whoever contacted you first won, which is never the case. You then went onto trade this pokemon away at the same time to this user, ignoring the end point. End points are final and must be honored You also posted no evidence of the trade window. This must be done for future auctions. This sequence lead to the one user transferring servers because they believed they won the auction, aswell as the trade being reverted to ensure everyone had a fair chance to bid. What do i mean by fair chance? Well as you stated multiple times that the auction was ending in x time, or the auction actually ended, this may have deterred people from bidding, as well as the person you traded with from doing further bids. It was deemed this was the most fair decision. In the future you should always ensure when you claim the auction end and the actual end point aligns. There is no need to state that the 15 minute rule is in effect either, it always is for every auction. Also, feel free to reach out if your unsure on the correct outcome. A short tldr would be, that you did not adhere to the auction end point you set out. You added accepted payments once the auction had started, which is not allowed. You claimed rules were in affect at a time they weren't (15 minute rule). You offered the winner to be whoever contacted you first, which isnt allowed. Finally you provided no evidence of the trade. I want to add for others and yourself, please avoid off topic posts like here. Aswell as after i posted my ruling. I should have stated to avoid this, but i wanted there to be minimal delay by the time i reverted the auction, @Darkiler There was no need for your comment of "fight like a real man" which just serves to taunt the other bidders @Senior115 As stated before I highly suggest to familiarise your self with our Auction Rules and General Trade Rules. I know this is a long explanation but i do hope this helps explain the areas you went wrong in with this auction.

Hi sorry for the later response, I had to leave for a little bit. Unfortuantely we cannot refund the free transfer. Onto your first point, they didnt not adhere to this, it was the original end point of the auction actually, they ended the auction around 20mins before the actual end time. Your last bid was almost when the 15 min rule would come into affect. Yes they where told before, but still ended up in a mishandled auction. Hi @Automaton14040 you cannot start your own auctions. The auction is yet to start. If the case is that you received a bid in game but forgot to provide evidence, the auction will not yet be started also. Evidence of all bids must be provided.

Hi @Ak3 you are not allowed to add rules to your auction / change existing rules, like you have done here. This is in reference to the following "IF A BID HAS MADE ON THE LAST 30 MINS THEN THE AUCTION WILL BE DELAYED BY 30 MINS FROM THIS BID AND THIS WILL KEEP HAPPENING UNTIL THE LAST 30 MINS OF THE AUCTION BE CLEAR OF BIDS.". For auctions, it will always be the 15 minute rules (see below) that will be in effect. You cannot alter this to suit whatever extension time you want. @P4n1c Although it may show 14 minutes ago to you, it is the time that it was placed (to the minute) on the forum. Here it shows a difference of 15 minutes exactly, which makes it invalid.
