this season I had decided to step out of my PVP only based guild, can go a different route to finally try out some of the shadow hunting. I did not complete or get any score with a previous guild in any dungeon this current season. I got this pop-up message when doing lavender and pinkin both. Please fix!

I wouldn’t say you “earn it”. Buying from the shop with saved coins would be earning. Let’s say you open 200 chests and got nothing and a random person opens 1 chest all season and gets a cosmetic…. Did he really earn it or get lucky? That being said, if the guy who got lucky tried it on, doesn’t like it, now he can’t sell it. What’s the purpose of forcing him to keep it if he wants to try it on with maybe mix/matches pre-owned cosmetics.
