Hello there @Saberkanade This bug will be fixed in the next update. A temporary workaround until the next update; release around an entire box of Pokemon and you should be able to catch Hoopa as intended. My apologies for any inconvenience caused by this bug. Hello there @Hbkk2 I'm afraid to inform you that the excess Rare Candies which you are referring to are lost forever, unfortunately. It is common knowledge that the limit of items in the Backpack is 999. Therefore, it is the responsibilty of the player to ensure that before any trade for an item occurs, they are aware of how many of each item they have in their Backpack, to ensure the 999 limit is not exceeded. I know this isn't the response you was hoping for and I am truly sorry that there is nothing that can be done. I would advise you to be more wary in future before making such purchases. Hello there @Alexpyd You have been quite unlucky here. The odds of Mirage Island being visible increase with each attempt. On your first attempt, the odds of the island appearing are 1/16, but each day you return and speak with Old Man Jerry again, you will have a higher chance to see Mirage Island (2nd attempt 1/15, 3rd attempt 1/14, and so on, until the 16th attempt which will be 1/1 or 100%). As you're aware already, your only options would be to purchase Poke Balls or Ultra Balls for their respective bulk sellers.
