What was the last quest part that you did before trying to enter the Gym? Can you provide a screenshot of that location aswel? Since you don't have any escape ropes to leave that spot, you can try battling another player, when all your pokemon get fainted, you will be teleported to the last visited pokecenter. If you are sure that all your information is correct, you will most probably get a verification email, but it might take some time for it to arrive, since there is currently a bigger delay then usually. Double check if your email is written correctly, if it's not, we can assist with correcting it. Regarding the problem that you pointed out, about the other user that had an issue, their email was written incorrectly. That issue was much quicker to get resolved, since we can change it, but we cannot have an impact on the verification emails delay. I again am sorry for the inconvenience of this issue, I ask for you to remain patient for a little longer since, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process.   7. Hello @Calebspiano, Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the nickname of a Pokémon. If we did, manually approving every nickname would be an impractical task for staff to manage. It would be a huge undertaking, and such a system would likely not be sustainable in the long term. Additionally, even if we could make changes to Pokémon nicknames, we would not be able to make an exception for just your case, as it would be unfair to other players. This suggestion has been rejected many times in the past. You can check out this link for more information on why this decision has been made.   9. Hello @L12, thank you for reaching out to us. The IV's of the monkeys have to be summed up to a number that is higher then 90. In your case, Panpour has 96 IV's, which makes him "strong enough", while Pansear and Pansage have 87 and 88, just slightly below the requirement. I hope this information helps. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, because when you got disconnected, it closed the dialogue with the NPC, making you not able to get the reward. Things like this happen to everyone from time to time, and in the end, it's just a boss fight that you can revisit every once in a while. Don't worry, the costumes are a random reward, so you still have a chance to get it every time you battle that same boss again. This might not be the response you were hoping to get, and I apologize for that. Since this is resolved, I'm gonna lock this topic now. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Can you try to remember what was the last part of the Sinnoh quest you did? you can try to revisit every step of the quest after the interaction with Paul and see if your quest is bugged or not. Examining the entrance will allow the player to enter the hideout, on the condition that it is the current point of the story, that is right after completing Mt. Pyre's Magma Encounter and receiving the Blue Orb and Red Orb. Furthermore, it is not possible to return inside once the hideout has been completed. The Magma encounter ends after seeing the event with the two leaders and Jackson at the very end of the summit and speaking with the old man. If you interacted with the entrance at the right time in the story, can you please send the screenshot of what the old man says, if you are still on that part of the story? If it's a problem with the Coin Shop, you should click on orange button that says "Get Coins" and from there select the amount of Coins you would like to purchase. Fill out your information and the Coins should appear on your account pretty soon after. Looking forward to your response.
