If I remember correctly, only old gen controllers (XBOX 360) work with PRO. XBOX One controllers have been known not to work due to what is most likely incompatible hardware. Perhaps there is some kind of calibrating software that you can use to fix this however, from all the people who have had this issue, no one has said if this fixed it. If you have one, try using an XBOX 360 controller and if not you might just have to stick with keyboard and mouse.

Sadly, there isn't anything you can do about this. It's a server sided glitch that happens when you aren't logged our correctly. You will need to wait for Blue server to reboot before you can play again. I don't think this is necessary. You already have to do so much to get unlock Egg Moves, you even pointed some out; Pay 200k for a Dragon Membership, Catch 240 Pokemon, Beat the Lance Boss and beat the Naero boss. Not to mention the cost of the Egg Moves is already somewhat 'high' for a single move. I think that adding more/ more difficult barriers between players and Egg Moves will make people lose interest in it all together and Egg Move services will likely see a rise in popularity. Replacing the requirements for the Daycare also wouldn't work since there are so many people who already have it unlocked and it could be a waste of time, effort and money for those who had already unlocked it. Overall it's a well thought out idea, however, I just don't like it :p Again, I don't agree with this. It's flawed. What if a player trades their level 10 Pidgey to another player; that player then wouldn't be able to use that Pidgey to fight in gyms. I understand that you're trying to limit the amount of people rushing through the story mode, but really, what's the problem with that? I traded high level Pokemon to my second account so that I could get through the story quickly because I had already played through it 2 or 3 times. It saves time and doesn't hurt anyone else. Finally, I think this is just silly :p PRO is an MMO that's centered around its community. If you limit how much players can interact and have fun with each other then you're going to make a lot of those players upset or angry. I think games that have focus on teamwork and doing stuff together are a lot better than games where you're limited to what you can and can't do with friends.

Sadly, you will have to wait the 48 hours. Random server kicks usually happen because of internet connection issues. Next time you battle the boss make sure that your internet is good and nothing else is using it up.

To be frank, it isn't any of your business; nor your concern. Some staff have chosen to leave on their own accord, it shouldn't be up to you to investigate for the reasons why. I think you need to have some respect for them and their privacy; especially before tossing around questions like "Do u have some respect for us?" The staff members here work voluntary and in their own time. If they don't want to staff here anymore then that's their decision. You should be grateful that they put so many hours, days months and even years into this game. In the end, staff will come and go all the time. That's just part of playing a free to play game.
