The Halloween box have Halloween themed items like Ghost Costumes, eye patches and angel ears where as the Lunch box have food items that you character holds in their mouth when equipped.

If you stay AFK on the 'Loading Map' screen until you get AFK kicked the problem should go away next time you log in.

Do you mean in-game or on the forums? If in-game: You can try to contact them by doing /pm yourname-=-theirname . This will open a PM with the user that you're looking for (If they are online) If on the forums: Go here and click "Find a Member." From there you can search for usernames, roles and such.

Is it possible that you got into a battle and the Focus Sash broke? If you haven't been in a battle then try restarting your client. It could be a visual bug.

The server normally reboots every day or two. Keep an eye on the status checker so you can see when you can play again: https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/

There are loads of side-quests for you to do. I recommend checking out the Game Guides section so you can see all of them. A few examples include the 3 legendary Pokemon quests, daily quests, Sevii Islands, Love island, Trainers Valley. If side-quests don't interest you then you could also start to build a PvP team and try yourself in the ranked ladder. Hopefully this can point you in the right direction.
