I don't think you'd get banned for using that. From what I know, it's a data protection program so there'd be no issues with you breaking the rules. The rules state "Using any kind of automation software, hacking or editing the PRO game/client is prohibited." Emphasis on "editing the PRO game/client". Sandboxie doesn't do this so I'd assume that it's safe to use in the background.

Have you tried restarting your PC? Make sure Chrome is closed through the task manager too; sometimes the browser keeps extensions open in the background and this can stop it from opening.

Try making Chrome your default browser through your PCs settings. If that doesn't work then try restarting your client.

At least I'm rewarded for it. That means slating ManU is a good thing :(
