Mt. Summer Exterior 2 is only unlocked if you chose Team Magma's side and erupt the volcano. If you chose Aqua then you prevent the eruption of the volcano so you will still have Mt. Summer Exterior.

Slakoth is found by running in the tall grass, not in the big tree. It spawns morning, day and night however it's extremely rare.

Are you an administrator on your PC? If so then you can type your login details (The email and password you use to enter you PC) and you should be able to play. Also you can try right clicking the client and running it as an administrator.
