You can only be hit by ground moves on the turn that you use Roost. Think of it as the bird flying to the ground to rest for the turn and then getting back up.

Unfortunently there is nothing that you can do at the moment. You're account is deadlocked due to a server sided issue where the server thinks you are still logged in. This is normally caused when you aren't logged out correctly. You will have to wait for a server crash/ reboot before you can play again. Keep an eye on the server status checker so you know when the server has restarted. https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/

No clue, sorry. I know that it was previously removed from being a wild Pokemon so I think it's safe to assume that it wont come back anytime soon :p (Or you can wait for Kalos)

Other users have said it but I'll put it into one post so you get more of an explanation to your situation. What is happening to you is a server sided issue caused when you aren't logged out correctly. Your account is deadlocked into the server as it believes that you're still connected. You will have to wait for a server crash or reboot to play again as this will clear the server of all the logged in users. Unfortunately, staff will not reset your account. If you want to start from scratch you can either start again on a new server or create a new account and play on that. Your mounts/ clothes and MS will not transfer with you however. You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person.
