Red will not respawn after you battle him; win or lose. You no longer need to win against him to get his reward.

aww so only mudkip i can find right..bcoz i chose team aqua Yea, however you can still find Torchic in the Hoenn Safari Zone.

Mt. Summer Exterior 2 is only unlocked if you chose Team Magma's side and erupt the volcano. If you chose Aqua then you prevent the eruption of the volcano so you will still have Mt. Summer Exterior.

Slakoth is found by running in the tall grass, not in the big tree. It spawns morning, day and night however it's extremely rare.
