Maybe using a different program to unzip the file would work. It looks like you are using WinRAR so maybe using 7-Zip would work.

When the game freezes this usually means you are having some trouble connecting to the server. When you see "Logging in" fade away this means you're in a ghost queue; you're connecting to the server but you can't see the queue. Restarting the client fixes both these issues however it can take several restarts.

The player can accidentally surf into the ladder when stood on this tile. This spot on the Moon has a weird shadow. This NPC clips through the chair in Leev town. This NPC clips through this chair in Pacifidlog town.
