    Hi, this is a common bug where the server thinks you are still logged in. This usually happens when you fail to log out correctly. You will be able to log in again after a server reboot.

    Currently you aren't able to change the game's language. However when the feature is added it will only change the language on the UI as translating ever single bit of text in the game would be impossible due to new dialogue being added all the time.

    You are just getting very unlucky. I know some people have gone past 1000 hours with out seeing a single shiny where as, on the other hand, some people get lucky and find 1 or 2 in the first 100 hours of playing. It's all down to luck, keep looking and hopefully you will find one soon.
