Did you meet crash or roll back?

Hi, I know you will not want to hear this, but you cannot de-level. I am so sorry, however you will need some spare before evolve to final. I also recommend evolve poke at level around 97-98 in final evolve for avoiding personal mistake as well as crash bug can happen. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will need make sure all things 1) You checked your spam folder? If you didn't, check that folder 2) Is your email provider a bit well known like Gmail, Hotmail or etc? Try probably making a new account with providers named as Gmail. Sometimes, you will need wait for around 15min before can get email, and if you make gmail but still not get email confirm. You maybe want to wait and make other account for confirm mail, per email can make 2 account. Hope it can help you.

At the moment, the moveset of pokemon gen 6 not updated yes. As a result, you cannot learn for sylveon any fairy move (relate to gen 6 moveset) even having move tutor or not.
