  3. Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility.   7. I am not sure about this issue, as I never met it. So you need to wait the higher staff for check in this. For the temporary solution, you only trade with single task (for example, do the reset happy 1st and then let do trade evolve help), it maybe current fix for your issues.
  8. If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, the best course of action to take would be to completely close the client, relaunch it, and try again. If you are able to see a “logging in” prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary ‘ghost’ queue, where you will place into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box or the number you as placed in the queue. If you are recieving a “server locked” prompt, then thats mean the server has been locked by an Administator and a server maintenence is imminent
  9. The server now is unstable, so make sure check server status before login. So almost the case cannot login server is due to the server offline. Sorry for your inconvenience

  22. Hi, I know you will not want to hear this, but you cannot de-level. I am so sorry, however you will need some spare before evolve to final. I also recommend evolve poke at level around 97-98 in final evolve for avoiding personal mistake as well as crash bug can happen. Sorry for your inconvenience.
