The bug of Red mt.silver just fixed, you will need to wait until the next path, and then you must go beat Red again. After that, you will be fine :) Locked. Same issue as here. Please follow the thread there.

They said all true. The normal trainer will be reset per week, dig spot and berry re-spawn per 3 days, headbutt per days, E4 and gym leader no cooldown, BOSS lv120 reset per 2 weeks.
