They said all true. The normal trainer will be reset per week, dig spot and berry re-spawn per 3 days, headbutt per days, E4 and gym leader no cooldown, BOSS lv120 reset per 2 weeks. I think he means the pokemon (in the high ground) is not possible to talk as player in the lower ground...
