Hi there, you can make other account (2 account per email) and after you get 4 badge you can trade all that to your new account (make sure in same server). Hope it can help you, sorry that we cannot reset your account by the personal reason. Sorry again... P/s: player allow to have 2 account per server, don't make mass account as it can led to banned.

Meh. Sad to hear. I don't like the stance on scamming in the game (I think scamming is good for the game) but I am in a minority so w/e. Tnx for your input. Did you know what did you said?
