U have to catch a magnemite with the right IV-distribution. There are Hidden power calculators in the web, just enter your magnemites IVs to find out which hidden power it has.

Hidden Power (move, its a TM) can have any typing from normal until steel, so one of 15 types, just not fairy. What type the move has depends on its IVs. Magnezone can have ability Magnet Pull to trap steel pokes. So its recommended to have HP Fire, cause its very effective vs pokes like scizor or ferrothorn which are pretty common in current PRO-PVP-Meta.

Im sure they are planning on adding all the pvp-items/moves and even megastones. And im sure they dont give ETAs on any of these since Hoenn-release. Forum and chat was full of: Why isnt Hoenn out? Is Hoenn out? Why u dont release, hoenn? But u said then and then, what are u even paid for etc...just to many rage at all.^^ So it comes when it comes, dont expect any ETAs for it cause of understandable reasons. ;)
