If yes, that's great and i'll do so immediately If not, can I make a suggestion for syncs to have a 100% success rate to work on legendaries, I understand that the stats have to be randomized which I am fine with, but I hate that I have made such a large commitment in time to finally have a single chance catch mew, for it to have a nature that I find undesireable.

I understand that over the course of the game, many guilds have been created and many simpler names have been taken from the guild name pool. But it doesn't make any sense for guilds to be created on yellow server with the names Kappa and Tranquility, but names like HarmoniousElite are "taken" I have 205 hours, have completed hoenn region, and more than enough poke to cover the guild creation cost

1) Rewards based on skills+luck instead of just luck: I don't like this at all. It's unfair to say that players that use setup moves to win the fight should get decreased chances at the good stuff. There aren't a hude number pokemon that can take more than 2 hits from any level 120 fully evolved/mega/legendary pokemon safely. The raid boss doesnt care how he's killed, only that it gets done.
