Hello again, i forgot to tell you bue congratulations for being at a high rank in the pvp ladder. You might not know but staff doesnt get any money from this game, because of that, the staff normally has jobs or studying to do, this takes at least 8h per day away for them to work on the game, and not all the staff works on the pvp/content/coding/development, this is why things are slow...that might be a logic you are looking for i guess. Once again ill tell you to be patient.

Hello, first of all, pg is a must both in game and in the forums, even censured isnt acceptable. Second, there is no need to spam. Now of to the things that you want to ear, as you know this game is still in beta, things happen, you might get your extra reward on a day you less expect, you can see the pvp notifications in the pvp section of the forum. Patience is key and i think you should work on it by what we can see from your test. Best of luck for your future.

I will answer the questions you gave now: 1- Yes, the game can be played for free completly, but there is some donation part that will buy coins, and with those coins u can buy items, but you can buy those items from other people that donated; 2- You have a load of guides in this forum in the Guide Center, the forums have a lot of other things that you might like, have fun exploring :D; 3- No diference; 4- No :D; 5- Diferent people play in diferent server, that is made to have a high amount of players playing at the same time; 6- PvP seasons, but tornaments might happen in the future.

Hey there WangjaHangug, i read about your past experiences with other pokemon games online and i hope this one makes a diference. This game is the best one i had the pleasure to play by a huge margin, new content comes once in a while, its easy to talk and comunicate with the staff, and the community is pretty nice and active. Of course it isnt perfect yet but i guess we are walking in the write direction (:p). Also the forums are pretty nice, we have a Guide center, a Sugestion Page and even some Games outside of the game itself so make sure to explore a bit. As for now ill wish you good luck to go back to your richness :D

Your pokemon should be a level below aswell, but anyway, u can get your new move again by talking to the move relearner in cerulean or in saffron, it will cost you 2000$. Keep in mind that this is a game that is still in beta so server crashes might happen from time to time. EDIT: crashs into crashes
