the problem should be from the last forum maintenance .. i hope any staff can see about this .

some moves of pokemon gen not updated yet to Gen IV , i hope when they make Hoenn they take care of this

All items will stay , your kanto pokemons will be locked untill you beat johto 8th badge , you can trade and use level 100 pokes from first if you buy them tho , after u finish 8 badges you can use your kanto pokemons at johto elite 4 :)

you can get dratini by super rod at safari zone of if you are membership there a exclusive area that dratini can be found by surf only :Grin:

You can relearn old moves for a pokemon in cerulean city cost 2k per move :)

I think The items/moves/ablitys that dosent work will get a annoucment that if they fixed hopefully :Grin:

dosent he need to catch them after he started the quest ? I don't think so. I remember I found a Kangaskan before finding the quest guy, but I don't remember if I had to catch another one or it was ok. Months have passed from that moment ahahha maybe its updated , or a bug i hope a staff explain what happening :Grin:

This is not true. I did that quest with a Chansey (Kanto, route 13), Kanghaskan (Kanto, safari zone) and Dratini (Johto, Dragons Den), so I don't think this is anything to do with regions. dosent he need to catch them after he started the quest ?

Isnt it weird that the mew region (hoenn) ? check the Screenshot he put.

Well but I think I believe you, nevertheless did you catch them AFTER you talked to the man? And did you catch them in safari zone? Don't think if that matters but it could they should all from Safari zone i guess :Grin:

You can not catch legendarys , only catchable legendarys are mew and celebi . Yeah I know that, but why do you write it here? Dratini, Kangaskhan and Chansey are no legendarys oh wait a sec i tought this topic about the ho-oh quest sorry lol

unfortunately , if server crash/rollback we cannot do anything , staff cannot return anything to u , im so sorry about ur articuno data dex :Shocked:

This might be a future thing , but staffs now taking care of bug fixs and server's problems and hoenn too :)
