As Tiarra shows you, they are inmplementing a new hardware for the Red server. Ok but i use blue server .. In regards to the blue server, Youneedsomemilk, we are currently experience some bandwidth issues. Hello Cryptozoic, The Red server is expected to be down for multiple hours as the server is relocating in an effort to improve stability further. Apologies for any inconvenience caused during this time. You may also check on the server status using our Server Status Checker or visit our Live Chat for live support and information regarding when the server will be available to play.

The chance of an encounter with a shiny is 1/8192, so it sounds like your friend is very lucky. However, I would like to direct you to the Rules as this is a PG game. In future please keep in mind our rules regarding profanity.

Hello MrCalamity, sorry to hear you are having trouble downloading the client. Please follow these steps and they should help you. 1. Clear your device of any and all copies of PRO. This includes any up to date clients too. Ensure that you empty your Trash so they are fully wiped. 2. Go to System Preferences > General. It will bring you to this page: 3. Unlock your Settings by clicking the padlock, this will prompt a password if you use one. After doing this, make sure that "Allow Apps Downloaded From: Everywhere" is selected as shown in the image. 4. Now download your client from this webpage. If the webpage is down it will prompt you to download the client from Mediafire rather than an automatic download - the Mediafire version will prompt you with a captcha. You DO NOT want the Mediafire one, if it gives you this one, wait and try to download again later. 5. This client unlike the others downloads as a zip file, I have tested this multiple times and found that it does not always unzip the file automatically so you may need to do this manually. 6. Make sure your client is in the Applications folder on your computer - mine automatically appeared in downloads, you may also need to move this manually. 7. Try to open the client. Hopefully this should work, your Security Settings may prompt you with a final warning that you are downloading from an Unidentified User, accept this. Please get in touch if this does not help.

You can download the new client here. However it has not yet been released, so you will need to watch for information as to when it is available to download.

The game is a beta and currently under development, although efforts are being made to increase server stability. However refunds will not be given in any form when progress is lost due to rollback. Your suggestion has been made a few times already. I agree this is a great idea. Thor made a reply here to a very similar thread mentioning that there may be plans to expand in the future.

Give it a go, and try to run it to see if it has made any changes. I'm a Mac user myself and although they look the same, the mediafire client is a mirror - this may affect compatibility. I'm hoping this will help solve your issue.

Hello iTzHerder, You mentioned you download the client from mediafire? Please uninstall your client and try to reinstall the client from here. I personally have had some problems when downloading the client from Mediafire, and find they work much better when they are downloaded from the page linked above. When you download the game you may need to access your Security & Privacy Settings (General tab) and hit "Allow Anyway" if your settings allow apps downloaded from Mac App Store and Identified Developers only. Please report back and let us know how you get on, I will try to guide you further if the problem remains.
