You may be using an unsupported e-mail provider. E-mails such as Gmail and Hotmail work well, however iCloud and less commonly used providers often do not receive the e-mails. Please continue to try, as the server will a maximum of 5 e-mails in an hour; if you do not receive any of these you will need to create a new account under a new address, please try to choose either Gmail or Hotmail as these work best. Be aware that you can only create up to 4 accounts over two e-mail addresses and the name you register with is unique, so you will have to choose another.

What you are experiencing is called a "Ghost Queue". You are in the queue waiting to join the game but it does not display your place. You can either wait it out, or you can close and reload your client if you would like to see your placement in the queue - you may need to reload the client multiple times.

Hello Laverne, Please visit your Account Homepage and login. It will tell you here whether or not you have been banned. If you have been banned, please go to Appeals to discuss your case further. An alternative problem you may be having if you find you are not banned is that you have simply disconnected from the server, and are now experiencing a "Ghost Queue" which is where it doesn't display your place in the queue. If this is happening, either wait until you log in, or close your client and reload it until the queue shows.

I use a Mac, so I use the Command+Shift+4 function but when I need to link something easily, Gyazo is incredibly helpful.

This may be due to server lag as maintenance is being done at present. If this happens in future try hitting the refresh button (next to the action bar on the lower left hand side on your screen) or type "/ref". Getting into battle or relogging should also help.

This game is an MMO. Maintaining rarity levels play an important role in the game, such as providing a market and providing an economy. This also boosts the longevity of gameplay, it's no fun to play when a game is easy and fully able to be fully completed quickly with little to no effort. It is also a big factor in PvP, if everything was easily obtainable, PvP would see the same teams over and over and lose it's charm of being varied, competitive and customisable to you and what becomes available to you through RNG.

Many evolves are still in the process of being implemented. You will be able to evolve Happiny when the Oval Stone has been coded. You can check whether or not this has been done by hovering over the item - if a description appears, it is available to be used - if not, it is still yet to be coded. I am very grateful for your feedback though. Yes, I agree. There are some risks associated with reselling as it wouldn't always guarantee profit. The individual needs to be well aware of how the economy is doing (market price, demand). By doing so, purchasing them below the market price and selling for more after training it is possible. Agreed. There are too many if's and but's to say it is okay to do though, in my personal opinion. I feel it is too open to interpretation which then may cause conflict. Hello Heflar. The situation you are describing where Geodude tried to learn a move, then tried to evolve, then attempts to learn the move again, is not a bug. This happens whenever a Pokemon tries to evolve and learn a move at the same time. However, you will need to relearn Fire Fang from a Move Relearner/Buffet to obtain it again, unfortunately we cannot refund this. The issue regarding Charmeleon will be passed on to the appropriate staff, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
