No, this is no bug at all. The health bar just drops before the attack itself takes place. You don't get more damage that way, it only looks like that.

Greetings. Staff can't refund any lost Pokemon (regardless the way they were lost), as it would literally open the box of Pandora. You might have been hit a crash/reboot with a following rollback, or you deleted it by accident. Or you just don't see it. Nevertheless, we can't help. Sorry for your inconvenience. Best regards.

Well, Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo are the only providers who are actually able to receive mails from PRO - caused by the fact that other providers use a spam filter which will prevent the e-mail from getting through.

What do you mean by that? How is it bugged? Are you able to interact with any of the 'hostile' NPC's ?

Greetings. You're experiencing a server-side issue, unfortunately. Most likely caused by the fact that you logged out but missed to close the client. Anyhow, your character ID is still logged in on the map server, so get double indentified. You'll have to wait for a crash/manual reboot as there is no other way to get rid of your issue. Jolly answered the thread already. Unfortunately we can't help. Staff doesn't take responsibility for crashes/freezes, as we cannot predict them. The client froze due to being unable to load all the data needed within 7 minutes, probably caused by not-opening the bag for a certain amount of time. We can't refund anything due to the fact that we open the box of Pandora if we did. Everyone would claim stuff which would end up in a total mess. I'm really sorry to read that, but we can't interfere with that problem. Sorry for you inconvenience. Enjoy your game!

Well, I never heard of that issue before, but I honestly doubt it. I can't see how you could possibly enjoy the game if the screen is that small anyways. I can only recommend to move onto another platform, or to get a smartphone with a bigger screen. Sorry for your inconvenience. Best regards!
