Like [ref]Jesusml[/ref] stated, there's a second room in Mossdeep Space Center which will be unlocked by talking to Prof. Birch once you've beaten Hoenn's E4. However, travelling to the moon will still require you to pay 15k each time. Good luck, enjoy your game!
