Hey Lucifer! Welcome to PRO! There is no way to change your name after you have signed up. You most likely couldn't register under Luci or Lucifer because both usernames have already been taken; the error dialog is at the bottom of the registration page and can be hard to miss. Thalapathy isn't a bad name though!

Hey Shishuii! While Surf is a water-type move, other Pokemon can also learn Surf despite not being a water type. Also, some water types can be found on land. You can find a list of Pokemon that learn Surf on Bulbapedia; in-game, you can catch a Sentret on Route 1 that will be able to learn Surf. I hope this helps! :heart:

PRO Staff have multiple ways of checking for alternative accounts on the ladder, so as long as you and your brother are indeed two separate people–and can prove that so, if necessary–laddering should not be an issue for either of you. Hi Bjornn, Have you gone to Bill's house and located his Research Book yet? His house is on the east-side of Route 25: Upon finding his research book, he'll give you a ticket to S.S. Anne, which will allow you to pass through the NPCs onboard. You can find more detailed info via the Kanto Walkthough, which will give you steps all the way up to arriving at the Elite Four! If you get stuck in the future, try to see if this guide helps. There are also walkthroughs for every region in the Quest Walkthroughs forum, if you need help getting through a particular area in a different region. :heart:

Keep in mind that this may not work the first time; you may have to disconnect or simply try again. If you cannot, for some reason, promote a current Official Member to an Officer, try using this solution as well: <COLOR color="pink"><SIZE size="85">If these problems continue to persist despite multiple attempts of rectifying the situation, can you find out if you're also having other issues with promoting ranks within the guild, such as an Official Member to Officer, or an Officer to Leader perhaps? Hi LadyValor' date=' you can check if you have a current membership via the PRO Dashboard, which will show the expiration date for the last used membership. You can also check if you have a current membership active by looking up at the top left of your screen in-game and checking to see if you have a Red Star Badge. If you believe your membership expired prematurely, I would suggest posting in the Donations and Coin Issues forum as a staff member will have to personally look into your case in order to solve this problem.
