Hi dani, Mac users should be able to play the game just fine. If you were playing in a populated area (for instance, the Christmas Maps have been packed with users), you may experience some lag. If the lag is extreme and happens frequently, however, I would suggest you double-check the Minimum Requirements and ensure your system has the specs (or better) in order to properly run PRO. You should also try the following Crash Issue Solutions and see if any of these work for you. If you've tried the above to no avail, it could also be your connection causing complications. Try running your game in admin mode, and also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet. If your internet is a public connection, the administrators could possibly be blocking PRO; your provider themselves could also be blocking PRO, and in these cases, you'll have to contact the authorizing figures and find out if they are. If you're using a proxy, I would recommend trying a different proxy or turning it off (if possible). If you have changed ISPs and/or routers recently, (or perhaps a router getting a bit old), there could also be some issues with your internet being slow, or your router being faulty. You can troubleshoot your internet and run a Speed Test using this Internet Troubleshooting Guide here. I would recommend looking up a troubleshooting guide for your specific router, but you can also follow this General Router Troubleshooting Guide. If the above still doesn't work, there may be a faulty part on your Mac. I would suggest following use the Mac Hardware Test on your PC and run some tests to ensure your device is working properly. Hey there, I believe you may be taking the wrong path. The section to get from Route 126 to Route 128 cuts you off from the path you need to take; you shouldn't be going underwater to reach Victory Road. That section is there to help you get to the Aqua Team Hideout. To reach Victory Road, I would recommend to just keep surfing from the Route you're at until Route 128 (use your map as a guidance tool)! Route 128 should be at the very bottom left, straight down from Mossdeep City and to the right of Sootopolis City. You should then pick back up the Walkthrough and follow the "Ever Grande City Victory Road Hoenn" section. If this doesn't help, can you provide screenshots of the issue you're experiencing? :Angel:

Hi jamesC, Sometimes, the server can be down while the website displays it being online. Just be patient and refresh the page if it's possible the server is simply down. :Angel: If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, try to completely close the client, relaunch, and try again. In most cases, you'll receive this message because the server is down. If you see a "Logging in" prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point as the client is attempting to establish a connection. If it takes a copious amount of time, you're most likely in a 'ghost' queue. You'll be logged in momentarily once you're first in queue. This can happen when too many people try to join the server at once. If you receive a "Server Locked" prompt, the server is currently locked by an admin and cannot be connected to at this time. Please wait for the server reboot! If you try loading up the launcher and it freezes momentarily after receiving a "Connecting to server" prompt, you'll have to completely close the client and open it up once again. It can happen three to five times, but in most cases, this occurs because the server is down.

Hi Maha! In PvP Rules and Revamp of Bugged Moves / Abilities / Items not to be Used in PvP, you'll find a list of moves that are bugged or not coded; everything else should work as expected. Like Akalli said, Belly Drum is coded, Baton Pass is coded (but bugged), and Substitute isn't coded at all. As far as I know, Baton Pass should work against NPC battles, including bosses. The game engine is the exact same through all servers; therefore, moves that do or do not work on one server will apply to the rest. For updates on what gets implemented next, be sure to check out the Update Logs. :heart:

Hi Cyber, for future reference, your PRO Dashboard will show the expiration date for your current membership. I'd recommend checking this just to make sure your membership is indeed expired; sometimes my membership icon takes awhile to load at the top left of the screen, which leads me to believe my membership expired prematurely (although it did not)! If so, please be patient and keep trying to periodically activate the current link sent to your e-mail. If it hasn't worked in a few hours, you will have to use a different e-mail account. Hi Jossi, it's been awhile since your Celebi has been released, so I'm unsure if staff can restore it for you; however, if you have the ID number of the Pokemon you just may be able to restore it. Make a post here and fill out the information in the code box; unfortunately if you don't have an ID number saved for your Celebi, you will not be able to restore it regardless of it being too long ago.

Welcome! Evolving until later is generally a good idea as it'll take less exp overall to reach the next level as a pre-evolution Pokemon. However, I'd just recommend evolving whenever during story. :heart:

Agree with this completely. I feel that re-rolls shouldn't even be coded to have a chance to be rolled into the same nature; it makes little sense to the re-roll ticket's purpose and also serves to hurt the player with 'bad luck'. I'd feel pretty scamaz'd if I were OP and basically blew ~800k-1m for nothing.
