Hey! If you're getting into developing a multiplayer game, you should take a look at MIT's Multiplayer Tutorial and (if specifically for online multiplayer) also the wiki page on Cloud Data (written in Scratch). If you already have knowledge of JavaScript and node.js, you can also take a look at Alvin Lin's multiplayer browser game tutorial. It should give you a fairly easy introduction as to how multiplayer games are developed. Happy coding! :heart:

Same here with Shokugeki no Soma! Not generally a manga reader, but I purposely keep up with the manga because I'm really into the story (and food, of course!) I'm also excited for season 3 of Boku no Hero; hopefully it comes out pretty early in 2018.

Well... it is a bit more complex than you're led to think... but in short, I think it's good idea if it doesn't hog up developing time for other things. :Angel:

From what I understand (please correct me if I'm wrong), the ladder is solely updated by Shane, so if we wanted a constant up-to-date ladder, some sort of system would need to be developed and implemented. I do like this idea, but not at the cost of other things (for instance, events and coding abilities/moves into PvP). If it'd be fairly quick to develop, I'd like to see it happen! :y:

I do have to agree with Olafkun; I personally did not bother EV training my story Pokemon and have only trained in Kanto. Unless you're hunting for a specific Pokemon with the right nature and BMS activated if needed, it's pretty hard to stumble by a PvP worthy Pokemon during your adventure (I've only had this happen to me once while completing my part of my dex). If you do, I'd suggest saving it until you're done with your story.

I don't think we will truly know until the content is actually released (or a staff member answers your question)... Although, it's possible to finish a region within a day or two if you focus on only training one Pokemon to Lv100 (with decent coverage) or you borrow/purchase a Lv100 to sweep the first eight gyms (you don't need to be the Johto Champion to go back to Kanto, you just need eight badges). So, if you're in a rush to join the event, that's always an option. If you have Discord, you should go ahead and join the PRO Discord! Announcements are sent real-time so you'll be able to keep up with the current news. Tournaments are also frequently announced here as well. I think the reason why announcements aren't sent through the game client may be due to the way the client has been developed, but I'm not sure on that; you can always try to suggest that it be implemented.

Probably 250-300k, maybe 400k if someone was desperate enough for a Serperior. Since the hidden power is useless for PvP and it has bad Def and SpD stats, I'd rate it about a 5. You could use it for bosses though.

I've also been enjoying Shokugeki no Soma so far; although I've been mostly keeping up with the manga. Do you like the Boku No Hero Academia OPs? If so, which one do you like the most? :heart: I watched a bit of Naruto when I was a kid, although not for very long as the airing time clashed with my schedule.
