The client you're trying to use is not the most current one. A second Android client was released due to this issue. Here's the most recent download: https://mega.nz/#!JK5hnYTR!MGT3tTgYt8GVRLM9PdG-HXBmlcHmMSBsDDjfzkrMWIc Before you download it, make sure you uninstall and delete the old client entirely.
